Return/Refund:
1.You have 7 days to contact us and 10 days from the date of receipt to return the item. If you have this item for more than 7 days, it will be considered used and we will not refund or replace it to you. No exceptions!
2. All returned items must be in their original packaging, and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, the specific reason for the return, and your Dhgate ID.
3. We will refund you the full bid amount upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging including all components and accessories.
4. The return shipping fee shall be paid by the buyer.

 

Guarantee:
1.If the buyer is willing to repair any quality issues with the product, the seller will refund a portion of the order amount to the buyer as compensation. If the product cannot be used, the seller will provide a full refund.
2. Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period if possible, please use the original packaging.
You must tell us what the defect is and provide us with your DHgate ID in the package. We do not repair or replace items whose warranty period has expired.
